The IRS has announced that it has made revisions to 2009 Publication 15 (circular E) to, among other things, refer to its new tables for income tax withholding and advance earned income credit (EIC) payments which reflect the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The new tables themselves can be found in Publication 15-T, New Wage Withholding and Advance Earned Income Credit Payment Tables (For Wages Paid Through December 2009). The IRS announcement is here.
