Stanley is an accomplished attorney with 20+ years of experience. He is expert in all aspects of taxation, ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation and employment law. Stanley has provided advice to well known large, publicly held financial institutions and other corporations, as well as to prominent individuals and medium-sized companies. Stanley has written extensively on tax, ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation and employment law topics, and has been published in well-known publications such as the Journal of Taxation, Journal of Pension Planning, and the National Law Journal (see list in
Publications). He is recognized in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He was quoted in Best's Review Magazine, December 2007.
Stanley received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He received a B.S. in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. He also received an LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Stanley is an active member of the State Bar of New York. He is also a member of the Committee on Tax Law and the Committee on Labor & Employment Law, both of the Nassau County Bar Association.
